Sunrise Suites and Penthouse is Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club’s newest addition to our luxury properties.

Located in the Dominican Republic’s Puerto Plata, this world- class 12-condo resort offers our members the ultimate in lavish vacation accommodations. Featuring modern and stylish designs, and stunning architecture, this 4-story building includes one four-bedroom penthouse, eight one-bedroom suites, and four two-bedroom suites.

Each residence features breathtaking mountain or ocean views, plush interior designs, and are equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. Your visit to the Sunrise Suites ensures you the most exciting of vacations in one of the most beautiful destinations in the world! The Sunrise Suites are situated between Presidential Suites and Royal Villas and the building includes an elevator. They can be found in the same complex as the Kviar Sports Bar and Casino.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Sunrise Suites offers one- and two-bedroom suites, or an amazing one- of-a-kind four-bedroom luxury Penthouse each featuring a fully equipped kitchenette, spacious living spaces and a private balcony overlooking the entrancing mountain and ocean landscape. Our 1 bedroom suite has 1-king bed. The 2 bedroom suite has 1 bedroom with 1-king bed, 1 bedroom with 2-queen beds and 2 bathrooms. Renew yourself in your comfortably furnished luxe bathrooms with separate bathtub and shower, relax in the warmth of modern and plush interior designs, and allow the stress of everyday life to melt away!

CHECK- IN

Check-in time For All Accommodations Is 3 PM.

If you are required to meet with customer service prior to check-in, you must do so no later than 5 PM on the day of arrival. Should you arrive to the resort after 5 PM, you will only be able to check-in by paying the current walk-in rate for the first night and will be issued non VIP bands. In order to check- in under your VIP reservation you must meet with customer service no later than 11 AM the following day.
All arrivals after 12 AM midnight due to scheduled flights will pay only 50% of the all-inclusive for the first night. Any arrivals prior to midnight pay the full all-inclusive rate as normal.
Check-in will not be permitted if the lead passenger is not present.
Photo identification of each traveler is required in order to check-in.

CHECK- OUT

The check-out time at Sunrise Suites is 11:30 AM, all bands and room keys must be returned to reception at that time in exchange for a check out ticket which allows use of the resort facilities until 3 pm. Requests for late check-out in the room must be made directly to hotel reception and are based upon availability. For those to wish to stay on resort premises after 3:00 pm, this can be done until 6pm for an additional cost per person per hour, payable to hotel reception.

The all-inclusive rate that is detailed on your confirmation email will be charged at check-in for the number of people listed on the confirmation.
The all-inclusive is mandatory for guests traveling without the member.
Any guest that checks into the resort after 12 AM-midnight due to scheduled flights will pay only 50% of the all-inclusive for the first night. Any arrivals prior to midnight pay the full all-inclusive rate as normal. Applies to Club managed resorts in Puerto Plata.
The all-inclusive is non-refundable. Should you decide to depart the resort prior to your departure date you will not receive a refund.
There is a mandatory supplement fee for the nights of December 24th & 31st for each event.
Children under the age of 3 are free and children 3 to 11 years old receive 50% off the adult rate. (Applies to Club managed resorts in Puerto Plata.)
Resort Fee
Guests staying in their own accommodations will be required to pay the following based on the accommodation they stay.
Tropical, Cofresi Palm, Crown and Residence Suite US$16.00 per person per night.
Sunrise Suite, Presidential Suites and Royal Suites US$18.00 per person per night.
Villa’s US$25.00 per person per night.
Children ages 0-2 are free and children ages 3-11 get a 50% discount off the above rate.
